1. General provisions

- the date and time of the enquiry and an irreversible technical fingerprint used to limit spam. The source IP address is not stored in the enquiry record.
Do not submit another person’s personal data unless you have a lawful basis to do so.
3. Purposes of processing
- receiving and reviewing an enquiry;
- responding, clarifying the task, and preparing a proposal;
- preparing, entering into, and performing a contract if communication continues;
- protecting the form from automated or repeated submissions;
- meeting obligations under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and protecting the controller’s legitimate interests.
Form data is not used for bulk advertising, sold to third parties, or used for decisions made solely by automated means.
4. Legal bases and processing methods
The primary basis is the user’s consent, expressed by selecting the checkbox before submitting the form. Further processing may also be necessary to take steps at the user’s request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract, or to comply with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

As of this revision, the public website does not use advertising trackers or third-party web analytics. Technical cookies are used only in the restricted administration panel to authenticate staff. The Policy will be updated before analytics or new external services are enabled.
