Data acquisition equipment
MBS-VTOL-LoRaWAN UAV data collection system
Collects stored measurements from CU-LoRaWAN loggers during UAV flights over a site. Uploads the archive to the server when cellular service is available.

Application
Application and connection
The BSU-LoRaWAN base station is mounted on a VTOL fixed-wing unmanned aircraft with vertical take-off capability.
A communication session starts as the UAV approaches an instrument equipped with a CU-LoRaWAN module. Stored data is transferred from the module to the base station at a flight speed of 70 km/h.
