Thickness gauges
TMGG Thickness gauge
Ultrasonic sensor for monitoring pipeline wall thickness. Mounted using magnets or clamps; the communication interface depends on the version.

Application
Application and connection
Tracking wall thickness over time is useful in slurry and sludge pipelines subject to internal abrasion. Continuous wear monitoring supports pipe condition assessment and maintenance planning.
The TMGG ultrasonic gauge attaches to the structure with magnets and an additional retaining band. Data can be transmitted over LoRaWAN or GPRS, UMTS, and LTE cellular networks.
