Borehole inclinometers
IC-BIN-D3 Inclinometer chain
An inclinometer chain for tracking ground movement with depth. Multiple biaxial sensors operate on a shared RS-485 line.

Application
Application and connection
BIN-D3 borehole modules are assembled into chains and supplied ready for installation. The chain is lowered into a borehole lined with HDPE casing. Ground movement deforms the casing and changes the tilt of the modules. Readings from several inclinometers are used to calculate displacement of the moving layer.
Chains are supplied on a square reel.
