Displacement sensors
JMG-01-25 Joint displacement sensor
Monitors opening at joints in concrete structures. Installed in formwork before concreting to measure linear displacement.

Application
Application and connection
The embedded anchor is placed in one part of the foundation slab and the sensor in the adjacent part while the expansion-joint formwork is prepared. After concreting, relative movement of the two structural elements is measured. The design monitors longitudinal joint opening while accommodating transverse movement.
